Your project manager will inspect for damage and photograph evidence. Your project manager will also assist you in understanding your claim documents and the process, discuss material options and the steps moving forward with your insurance company.

Total Home Exteriors of Floridas in-house team of professionals will contact and work with your insurance company for the best possible coverage.

Preparation For The Job

Total Home Exteriors of Florida to obtain the necessary permits, get insurance approval of supplemented estimate and order materials.

Finishing Up Your Roof

Day of production:

  • Total Home Exteriors of FL customers to have a clear driveway for dump trailer.
  • Crew to tear off previous roof materials, dry in roof and shingle, tile or metal up to mid-roof code.
  • Mid- roof inspection to be completed by the county.
  • Crew to return to job for completion.
  • Final inspection passed.
