Very professional company. Estimate was completed timely. The roof was installed timely and looks great. The job was supervised from start to finish. I got bids from two other well known roof contractors and this company gave us the best value. I would certainly recommend them for everyones roofing needs.

Mike and his family run business was expedient, professional and always available for questions or concerns. The original clay roof sustained damages in hurricane Ian, and Total Home replaced the old roof with metal barrel tiles and new gutters! The house looks absolutely stunning in its true Floridian style with its vaulted ceilings, steeple, and pergola. Mike and Mike jr coordinated it all while we were away and kept us posted via FaceTime and drone footage. They worked completely on schedule as promised. All was Expedited.. permits to construct and inspections and final inspection and certification. Would definitely refer to anyone here in SWFL looking for roofing. We need more reputable and experienced contractors here like Mike snd his family.

I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Total Home Exteriors for our roof replacement! Michael and Tanith went above and beyond in helping us choose exactly the right shingle to complete the look that we wanted, in addition to making sure that the quality of the shingle was up to their high standards. They were in constant communication with us and made sure that we were aware of every step in the process.They checked on the progress several times daily during the actual work and resolved any issues quickly and professionally. The crew worked long and hard in the heat and cleaned up every evening before leaving.They are the most reliable, helpful, trustworthy and professional company that we’ve come across in a long time. In my experience, Total Home Exteriors was the best roofing company that I have dealt with, ( I had two previous replacements). Once I gave them the ok to replace the roof it was a matter of days that work begun. Very professional and easy going. The pricing was outstanding. I couldn't be more pleased with the end results!
